Notice Regarding the Cancellation of Stock Options — KingBiss
Our e-commerce site offers advanced and flexible purchasing options, such as Subscriptions (Gold Membership) and Pre-orders for sealed collectible items (TCG). This policy explains in detail your rights, billing methods, and how to modify or cancel these options.
👑 1. Subscriptions (KingBiss Gold Membership)
Activating the KingBiss Gold Membership is an ongoing digital service with a monthly subscription that unlocks the store's exclusive features (Secret Flash Sales, private archive, double points, and free, insured shipping).
  • Billing and Secure Storage: At the time of purchase, your payment information will be stored securely and encrypted through the official gateways of Shopify and our partner app, Appstle. You will be charged a flat fee of €19.99 every 30 days, unless you decide to suspend the service.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your membership renews automatically at the end of each monthly cycle. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it on your own.
  • Cancellation and Modification (Zero-Obligation Transparency): You can cancel or pause your membership at any time with just one click. To do so, simply go to the "Manage Subscription" section in your KingBiss Customer Profile, or use the direct management links included in every order confirmation or renewal email you receive.
  • Refunds: Since this is a digital service provided immediately, monthly fees that have already been processed and billed are non-refundable. Cancellation immediately stops charges for subsequent months. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for further legal details.
📦 2. Pre-orders (TCG Allocations and Previews)
When you place a preorder on KingBiss, you are reserving a TCG product (Box, ETB, Case) that has not yet been officially released on the market or is about to be restocked, ensuring that you receive your allocation before it sells out.
  • Payment Methods: Depending on the drop, at checkout we will collect either the full amount or a partial deposit (hold), securely storing your payment method on file. Any remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same card once the merchandise arrives in our warehouse and before the package is physically shipped.
  • Pre-order Cancellation: You can request a free cancellation of a pre-order only if the order status is "in progress" and the merchandise has not yet been handed over to the express carrier. To request a cancellation before shipment, please send an email as soon as possible to info.shop@kingbiss.it.
  • Items Already Processed/Shipped: If the package containing your pre-order has already been handed over to the carrier, the order can no longer be canceled or stopped while in transit. You may, however, request a return within 15 days of delivery, provided you strictly comply with our return policy: the TCG product must be returned at your own expense and must retain its factory seal (original shrink wrap/clear plastic) completely intact and unbroken. Opened products are not eligible for a refund.
