Yes, there are no restrictions. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Canceling the service will result in the loss of your benefits and any loyalty points you have earned at the end of the subscription period.

Each membership renewal earns you points, which increase if you subscribe to the service on an ongoing basis. This allows you to access real rewards—even without making a purchase—including: free shipping, exclusive products, ETB, booster boxes, and more. The tiers are Bronze (0–1,500 points), Silver (1,501–5,000), Gold (5,001–15,000), and Kingbiss Goat (15,001+, the highest tier).

Membership benefits will take effect immediately after purchasing the service. The Kingbiss Gold Membership will be continuously supported and developed to ensure a consistently competitive and high-quality service.

This is our monthly limited-time event: for just one day each month, a selection of products is sold in flash sales exclusively for Gold members, with prices starting at 1€.

On the day of the event, the website itself will notify you with a special banner visible on every page. To make sure you don't miss it, we recommend subscribing to the newsletter or following our social media channels.

Each card is placed in a protective sleeve and toploader to prevent creases or damage during shipping. Orders are shipped in padded envelopes or cardboard boxes with additional padding inside.
